Participation as expert in public law related working groups:

In 1997, upon the invitation of the Government Commissioner of the Office of the Prime Minister, in the working group on deregulation needed for the modernisation of public administration;

In 2000, in the codification work aimed at revising the Act on the General Rules of State Administrative Procedure;

In 2003, in the Idea Program, in the working group on the possible transformation of the public administration of the capital and the agglomeration.
