Journal of Curia Decisions (in Hungarian Kúriai Döntések – BH), the Curia’s monthly legal journal is one of the most indispensable publications for legal practitioners in Hungary. The journal includes a selection of the most important decisions rendered by the country’s supreme judicial forum as well as decisions of principle delivered by Hungarian courts in the fields of criminal, civil, economic, labour and administrative law.
